Neptune

Originally built in 1940, this Spanish-style, two-story home sat on a substandard 1,045 sq. ft. lot, which was inclined along the lot’s diagonal axis, presenting unique challenges in complying with building codes. The original 1,350 sq. ft. space needed to be expanded to meet the homeowner's needs, so we added a third story, which included additional living space and a deck designed to maximize the home’s unobstructed ocean views. The remodel transformed the property into a bright, sunny coastal plantation home that blends classic charm with modern functionality. To enhance the home's elevation and texture, we incorporated white aged bricks and wood siding, adding depth and warmth to the design. The final result is a beautifully reimagined space that capitalizes on its coastal location which is couple of homes away from the water.
