Built in 1996, this Mediterranean-style home offered gorgeous panoramic ocean views, but its design had become dated over time. The smaller corner decks, including the Juliet balconies, were not functional and failed to make the most of the stunning views. To enhance the living experience, we redesigned the balconies to create larger, more functional decks that took full advantage of the breathtaking vistas. Both the interior and exterior were remodeled to meet modern living standards. Inside, we created an open-concept floor plan featuring a spacious 18' x 25' gourmet kitchen, ideal for both cooking and entertaining. Multiple skylights were added throughout the home, flooding the space with natural light. The staircase, originally circular, was redesigned into a straight flight for improved functionality and safety. The result is a beautifully updated home that blends Coastal Cape Cod architecture with the conveniences of contemporary living.
