Alta Vista

Designed with a custom mansion-like appearance, the home combines the timeless beauty of French countryside architecture with Mediterranean influences, including imported stonework and intricate decorative iron furnishings. This project involved a complete transformation of an existing Mediterranean-style home. Through a meticulous down-to-the-studs renovation, the house was reimagined into a Country French masterpiece. An impressive 3,000 sq.ft. addition to the original 4,600 sq.ft. structure provided ample space while maintaining a sense of intimacy and privacy. Massive yet private feeling home with numerous, multi-level decks overlooking a golf course and a 180 degree view of Catalina, ocean coves and ever-changing sunsets.
